FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.
We offer prenatal fitness, stroller fitness, and moms-only fitness classes. However, we are more than fitness! Our mission is to support moms in mom life, so we offer social opportunities such as playgroups, moms night out events, ask the expert events, and so much more!
Hours
6 days a week 9am to 8pm.
